Our team | The people behind TraceDrawer
Jos turned his curiosity into a profession and has for more than 25 years been developing methods and instrumentation to measure and understand interactions. Jos initially started Ridgeview as a CTO, but is now running the whole company. When not at work he loves pending time in nature with his family.
Hanna has been with the company from the very beginning and has seen TraceDrawer go from a sketch on a paper to a complete evaluation solution. She is now responsible for maintaining and developing TraceDrawer, which includes designing new concepts and translating customer needs and wishes into technical requests to our software team. Her free time is spent constructing miniature furniture.
Karl is a problem-solver and a true entrepreneur. More than two decades ago, he started to apply his mathematical skills on solving data evaluation challenges when it comes to real-time interaction analysis and continued to do so ever since. When not working in the intersection of mathematics, engineering and biology, Karl transforms an old soda factory into a house.
John has been our lead programmer of TraceDrawer since the very start. When he does not focus on software development and maintenance he tinkers with the mechanical side of our instruments and find hardware solutions. He spends his free time with enginerding his farmstead.
With his talent for both programming and mathematics, Fredrik sorts out some of the most complex problems we come across, as a consultant or in internal software development projects. He incorporates machine learning and AI to create new solutions and helpful tools.
Sina is heading the biological RnD team and contributes with her expertise in all ongoing projects. During her years of PhD research, Sina developed several of our most appreciated applications for LigandTracer and has probably used TraceDrawer more than anyone else. She is trained in acroyoga and can do advanced acrobatic poses.
Anna always aims at pushing the quality of our products to a higher level, by developing new applications and perfecting the hardware of out instruments. She spends her free time hiking in the Swedish woods and mountains.
Hadis’ experience in clinical and preclinical oncology makes her perfect for understanding the field of drug discovery. When not finding unique LigandTracer solutions for our customers she participates in the TraceDrawer development as a tester.
João is adventurous and loves exploring new things. As part of the sales team he develops marketing and sales strategies for LigandTracer and connects client needs with product development.
Guillermo researches on the behavior of RNA binding proteins as a PhD student within the European ITN project RNAct, thus exploring completely new applications for our LigandTracer instruments. Originally from Madrid, he is still confused and somewhat upset that tapas are not for free in Sweden.
Nils-Fredrik has been part of Ridgeview from the early days, always with commercial focus. His current role is to provide advice and support to the sales team, and to be part of strategic planning in the company board.
Viktoria has a knack for connecting with new people, which makes her great in her role as sales representative. Her current full-time political commitment has made her take a break from Ridgeview.
