Correct for DMSO or other solvents to enable analysis of small molecules
Some solvents, such as DMSO, have a strong impact on the refractive index of the solution and thus affect the reference subtracted signals in SPR measurements if the reference surface isn’t identical to the surface where targets are immobilized. With TraceDrawer it is possible to correct for this mismatch, which may be essential when working with small molecules.
Solvent correction is based on a calibration curve, formed by a series of blank samples in a range of solvent concentrations.
Add-ons are supplementary features of TraceDrawer that are provided separately. They are accessed using license keys, without the need of additional installations.
